A hírt a Jevropejszka pravda közölte a kanadai kormány honlapjára hivatkozva.
A szankciók nemcsak az acélra és alumíniumra vonatkoznak, hanem a származékos termékekre is.
Kanada Ipari Minisztériuma szerint az ország 2021-ben 208 millió dollár, 2022-ben pedig 79 millió dollár értékben importált acéltermékeket Oroszországból. 2021-ben 44, 2022-ben 16 millió dollárért importáltak alumíniumot.

Moldovában március 1-jén lépett életbe a búza és a cukor exportjára vonatkozó tilalom, március 12-től a liszt exportját is betiltották. Most eltörölték a búza és a búzaliszt exportjára vonatkozó tilalmat, ugyanakkor a cukor kivitelére a tilalom érvényben maradt – olvasható a moldovai kormány honlapján.
Az idei búzatermés a becslések szerint 900 ezer tonna lesz, ami 30%-kal kevesebb a tavalyinál. Az országnak mindössze 600 ezer tonnára van szüksége, ezen kívül további 175 ezer tonna búzát tárolnak a magtárakban.

Az Európai Unió megtiltotta a fehéroroszországi teherautók belépését a területére. Ez többek között a tranzitokra vonatkozik.
A döntést az Európai Unió hivatalos honlapján a nemrég megjelent dokumentumban jelentették be, mely arról szól, hogy Fehéroroszország milyen módon vesz részt Oroszország Ukrajna elleni inváziójában.
„A fehéroroszországi fuvarozó vállalkozásoknak tilos teherárukat szállítani az Unión belül, beleértve a tranzitot is” – olvasható a dokumentumban.
Kivételt képeznek a földgázt, kőolajat, finomított kőolajtermékeket, titánt, alumíniumot, rezet, palládiumot és vasércet, valamint gyógykészítményeket, mezőgazdasági termékeket és élelmiszert, humanitárius segélyt és a konzuli szállítmányokat szállító tehergépjárművek.
