Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök rendelete értelmében ideiglenes orosz állami kezelésbe kerül a külföldi államokkal kapcsolatban álló vállalatok vagyona, ha ezekben az országokban orosz vagyontárgyakat zárolnak.
A rendeletet kedd éjjel tették közzé a jogi információk hivatalos internetes portálján.
A dokumentum értelmében az orosz Unipro (a német Uniper tulajdonában lévő) részvényeinek 83,73 százaléka és a (a finn Fortum tulajdonában lévő) Fortum részvényeinek 98 százaléka az orosz Szövetségi Vagyonkezelő Ügynökség ideiglenes igazgatása alá kerül. A barátságtalan országok vagyonának ideiglenes kezelése a rendelet szerint államfői döntéssel megszüntethető.
Az ideiglenes vagyonkezelő gyakorolja a tulajdonosi jogköröket, továbbá leltározhatja a vagyontárgyakat, és gondoskodhat a megőrzésükről. Az ideiglenes kezeléssel kapcsolatos kiadásokat a használatból származó bevételből finanszírozzák.
