Az Ukrajnába irányuló áruimportot mentesítették a behozatali vámok és adók alól az első és harmadik csoportba tartozó egyedi adózók számára, akik a forgalom 2%-ának megfelelő adót fizetnek, továbbá egyszerűsített vámkezelési eljárást hoztak létre.
A vámellenőrzés egyszerűsített módja előírja az előzetes deklaráció benyújtását, és nem igényel vámvizsgálatot.
A törvény elfogadásával a képviselők a gépjárművek behozatalát is teljesen mentesítették az adó alól.
