Ez ideális esetben csak a bevételük azon részét érinti, amely az USA-ban lévő nézőiktől származik, legyen szó a reklámmegtekintések után járó összegekről, a YouTube Premiumon keresztül érkező jutalékról, vagy éppen megosztón borravalóként kapott pénzről.
 
 A tájékoztatás szerint amennyiben a youtuberek még nem tisztázták az AdSense-ben az adózási információikat, akkor május 31-ig mindenképp tegyék meg, erre szükség van az esetükben szükséges adókulcs megállapításához. Amennyiben ezt elmulasztják, akkor a cég kénytelen lesz a teljes nemzetközi bevételükből 24% adót levonni.
 Az információk sikeres leadása esetén két lehetőség van, a youtuber országától függően 15% vagy 30% lesz az adókulcs, azonban ez a sarc kizárólag az Egyesült Államokból származó bevételükből jön majd le, nem pedig a globálisból.
