A hosszan tart\u00f3 fagyok, az intenz\u00edv csapad\u00e9k \u00e9s az ism\u00e9tl\u0151d\u0151 olvad\u00e1s-fagy\u00e1s ciklusok l\u00e1tv\u00e1nyosan felgyors\u00edtott\u00e1k az \u00fatburkolatok sz\u00e9tes\u00e9s\u00e9t, \u00e1m a most kialakult helyzet nem kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az id\u0151j\u00e1r\u00e1s k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nye. Ez nem csup\u00e1n k\u00e1ty\u00fakat jelent, hanem repedezett, felp\u00faposodott, szerkezetileg meggyeng\u00fclt p\u00e1lyaszakaszokat is. A szak\u00e9rt\u0151i becsl\u00e9sek szerint a minim\u00e1lisan sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges helyre\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si munk\u00e1k k\u00f6lts\u00e9ge el\u00e9rheti a 60-70 milli\u00e1rd hrivny\u00e1t, mik\u00f6zben a 2026-os \u00e1llami k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9sben mind\u00f6ssze mintegy 12 milli\u00e1rd hrivnya szerepel az orsz\u00e1gos k\u00f6z\u00fath\u00e1l\u00f3zat fenntart\u00e1s\u00e1ra.
