A l\u00e9tes\u00edtm\u00e9ny N\u00e9metorsz\u00e1g \u00e9szaki r\u00e9sz\u00e9t k\u00f6ti \u00f6ssze D\u00e1ni\u00e1val egy 18 kilom\u00e9teres tenger alatti alag\u00fattal. A fejleszt\u00e9s, amelynek befejez\u00e9s\u00e9t 2029-re teszik, Eur\u00f3pa egyik legnagyobb infrastruktur\u00e1lis projektje, amely azonban \u00e9vekre elakadt az ellene ind\u00edtott perek miatt. Most azonban a b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g d\u00f6nt\u00e9se rem\u00e9nyt ad arra, hogy a l\u00e9tes\u00edtm\u00e9ny \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se hamarosan megkezd\u0151dj\u00f6n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Fehmarn-szoros vas\u00fati \u00e9s k\u00f6z\u00fati \u00f6sszek\u00f6ttet\u00e9s\u00e9t el\u0151sz\u00f6r t\u00f6bb mint harminc \u00e9vvel ezel\u0151tt kezdem\u00e9nyezt\u00e9k az \u00e9szak-n\u00e9met partok \u00e9s D\u00e1nia k\u00f6z\u00f6tt, de akkor m\u00e9g h\u00eddk\u00e9nt k\u00e9pzelt\u00e9k el. Az \u00e9vek sor\u00e1n azonban a fejleszt\u0151k egyre nagyobb c\u00e9lokat t\u0171ztek maguk el\u00e9, \u00e9s \u00fagy d\u00f6nt\u00f6ttek, hogy v\u00edz alatti alag\u00fatban kell vezetni a vas\u00fatvonalat \u00e9s az aut\u00f3p\u00e1ly\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A jelenlegi tervek szerint az \u00e9p\u00edtm\u00e9ny a n\u00e9metorsz\u00e1gi Puttgarden kik\u00f6t\u0151j\u00e9t a d\u00e1n Rodbyval k\u00f6ti \u00f6ssze, \u00e9s \u00edgy a jelenleg csaknem egy\u00f3r\u00e1s komputat az elk\u00e9sz\u00fclt alag\u00fatban a j\u00e1rm\u0171vek t\u00edz perc alatt teszik majd meg. Ez jelent\u0151s k\u00f6lts\u00e9g- \u00e9s menetid\u0151-cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9st jelent, ami jav\u00edtja a hat\u00e9konys\u00e1got. A mintegy 7,1 milli\u00e1rd eur\u00f3s fejleszt\u00e9s eredm\u00e9nyek\u00e9ppen k\u00e9tszer k\u00e9t s\u00e1vnyi k\u00f6z\u00fat \u00e9s a k\u00e9tv\u00e1g\u00e1ny\u00fa villamos\u00edtott vas\u00fatvonal j\u00f6n l\u00e9tre Koppenh\u00e1ga \u00e9s Hamburg k\u00f6z\u00f6tt, \u00e9s a most \u00f6t\u00f3r\u00e1s utaz\u00e1s ak\u00e1r h\u00e1rom\u00f3r\u00e1sra is cs\u00f6kkenhet. A kezdem\u00e9nyez\u0151 korm\u00e1nyok szerint a k\u00f6z\u00fati-vas\u00fati alag\u00fat meg\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se fontos l\u00e9p\u00e9s a p\u00e1rizsi egyezm\u00e9ny \u00e1ltal is elv\u00e1rt karbonsemlegess\u00e9g el\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9hez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e1n oldalon m\u00e1r elkezd\u0151dtek a munk\u00e1latok. A n\u00e9met c\u00e9gek k\u00e9s\u00e9sben vannak, mivel a b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gi \u00fcgyek megakad\u00e1lyozt\u00e1k \u0151ket az \u00e9p\u00edtkez\u00e9s megkezd\u00e9s\u00e9ben. A pereket r\u00e9szben az alag\u00fat elk\u00e9sz\u00fclte ut\u00e1n sok bev\u00e9telt vesz\u00edt\u0151 komp\u00fczemeltet\u0151 t\u00e1rsas\u00e1gok ind\u00edtott\u00e1k, m\u00e1sfel\u0151l a k\u00f6rnyezetv\u00e9d\u0151k (Naturschutzbund, Nabu) kezdem\u00e9nyezt\u00e9k a lipcsei sz\u00f6vets\u00e9gi k\u00f6zigazgat\u00e1si b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gon. Az \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9si enged\u00e9lyekkel rendelkez\u0151 projektet a helyi civil szervez\u0151d\u00e9s bepanaszolta: a term\u00e9szetv\u00e9d\u0151k szerint a diszn\u00f3delfinek \u00e9s tengeri r\u00e9c\u00e9k v\u00e9delme nem biztos\u00edtott megfelel\u0151en. A beadv\u00e1nyokat azonban mostanra mind elutas\u00edtott\u00e1k, ezzel megny\u00edlt a p\u00e1lya a kivitelez\u0151k el\u0151tt a munka megkezd\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A jogi elj\u00e1r\u00e1sok nem \u00e9rtek v\u00e9get, sz\u00e1mos panaszt ny\u00fajtanak be m\u00e9g mindig az Eur\u00f3pai B\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gn\u00e1l, de ezek v\u00e1rhat\u00f3an nem \u00e9rintik a projekt megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t, \u00edgy az elk\u00e9sz\u00fclhet a tervezett id\u0151pontig. A mostani b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gi d\u00f6nt\u00e9s azonban csak a nemzetk\u00f6zi szakaszra vonatkozik, a Schleswig-Holstein ter\u00fclet\u00e9n fekv\u0151 L\u00fcbeck\u2013Puttgarden szakasz ugyancsak vitatott, ez\u00e9rt majd egy m\u00e1sik b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1gi elj\u00e1r\u00e1st kell lefolytatni.
